Will it ever end???

Why does addiction have to be part of my life? I am not the idiot who gets addicted to things. Just everyone else around me. I get so frustrated when people make choices that affect my life and my children's lives. I've had to deal with everyones various forms of addictions throughout my life. When will I ever get a break????????
